3.1 Facility Requirements: It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that their facility is equipped and cleared to receive the ordered medical products.

3.2 Order Denial: Scintilla Imaging reserves the right to deny an order if the facility does not meet the necessary requirements for the ordered products.

4.2 Agreement to Terms: All users requesting an order must agree to these terms and conditions prior to the processing of their order.

5. Limitation of Liability
